It's not difficult, knowing what to do and what to say, is self-explanatory. 

No sucking up to the staff team. We all have a job to do and the server comes first. Our staff team works for the server and for you but not for your gain.

Anything that gives you an advantage over other players. 

It is prohibited to create a Cult or Religion that worships a deity in the form of a player, creature, mythical being, or structure.

Discussing political topics and figures. discriminating against players, or sharing sexual content and topics. Manipulation and deceiving players

Raiding and looting other players isn't encouraged as we try to create a sustainable and friendly player base. 

Specific actions will result in Timeout, Mutes, Temp Bans & if needed Perma Banishment.

Actions like Blowing up someone's house, stealing from them, killing without consent. Greafing like destroying blocks, placing blocks in or near other players houses.
